Payments can be made directly into the RaceNutz Bank Account.Simply call into any branch of the Commonwealth Bank and make your cash payment over the counter.If you wish to have registration or insurance on the delivery, please ask for it at time of ordering.Once this is done keep your bank butt given to you by the teller and then paste this to a sheet of A4 paper and fax it to us on 0755782779 and includes your delivery address. This is your legal document. Or for those of you that have Netbank or on-line banking just transfer the money this way and for the reference use this example below

Follow your bank's instructions for example here is one that I have done for one of my suppliers sp picture this as being your next mail order

MAIL ORDER EXPLANATION

Because I usually use a courier which is trackable and expensive for this as peace of mind is expensive it is no problem to send Aust Post.but their problem system is that if the car goes missing and I have insurance they pay me only the cost of what I paid for the item on invoice wholesale and less GST etc but if that happened and it did get lost you would expect back from me the full amount you paid where as I only get back from them about half of this as they do not pay me for the freight , my time , packing , labels , internet and e-mail time , phone calls to follow up on customers and suppliers and my staff and travel money plus time to stand in a line at a post office for you the customer so he / she is eliminated from all of this hassle..This is a real problem with most mail order customers ( and I am not in anyway singling you out as I did explain to you that I am dearer which you excepted )  they think that if the item is say $10.00 to post then that is it for them but sadly to run a business with all of the above costs and before I put food in my mouth this does ad up and so this privelage that we offer to get the item to you the customers hands without them leaving their home so to speak is really cheap when you charge double this to compensate ? I tell you these things not out of being smart but just so you understand the reasons because life is made up of many rumours and misconceptions and also you know what " Assume " does it creates anger and is the mother of confusion...So having said all of that I have a private insurance system that in conjunction with Australia Post covers me for the whole item and every dollar resulting in full refund for the customer and at no more expense to me except my time so this is what you pay for. I trust you will understand this my friend and this is why I am dearer BUT effective.

To expedite delivery, simply fax a copy of your Commonwealth Bank deposit receipt or netbank receipt to RaceNutz on Fax number (07) 55 782 779. This becomes your proof of payment. This ensures that your order is processed on the same day and (depending on your location) in your hands the very next day. Direct deposits are much more efficient & reliable than cheques and money orders because cash funds are instantly cleared upon deposit.

*When you using Credit Card over the phone you maybe required to offer a form of authority before you order is shipped so be prepared for this request and please do not be offended. Obviously if you are previous customer of ours this won't be necessary.

When purchasing via mail order, please choose your item very carefully as we neither exchange nor refund any items purchased. We take the time (and yes please realise it takes alot of time) to provide photographs on our website of our products to make this process more accurate, if the item you are interested in is not pictured on this website please ask us to add it or to e-mail you a photo. We believe because of our attention to detail we have an excellent reputation for the quality of our products and the service we provide.

Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions regarding our Mail Order Policy.....

Q: Will you replace the item if it gets broken in the post and what are the chances of this happening?

A: We will not replace a item as all cars sold at RaceNutz are carefully checked for damage before they leave the store, this applies to all cars not only Mail Orders, there is always a risk of breakage's occurring in transit but we charge a little more for Handling costs as we take alot of care to pack to cars properly so the will arrive safely, we do not have record of any cars arriving broken in 12 years of providing this service. If we do not believe that the item will be safe we will arrange with you some other form of transport such as a courier. Insurance is also available at an extra cost to cover such an instance that a product is broken. ( See Above )

Q: How do I know it won't get lost? and What will happen if it does?

A: Australia Post has an extremely good record and parcels almost never get completely lost, although for $3 extra you can register your parcel so that it cannot be delivered or collected from the Post Office without a signature. This also makes it possible to track the parcel if it is misplaced or held up in transit. If you are still unsure about your parcels safety or it is of quite substantial value you may also purchase insurance for an addition $1.10 per $100 of value (for more details see Registered Post Options Below). We also have the luxury of Fastway Couriers which can insured for up to $1500.00.Whilst this service is a little dearer it is worth sometimes the peace of mind ! If you do choose to use the Mail Order service you do this at your own risk, we do not take responsibility for the parcel once it has been sent. Bottom line is that you if do not have insurance we will not be replacing the car or clothing so please be aware of this.

Q: What if the Clothes are the wrong size can I change them?

A: We do use some discretion in this area, when you first choose the item we do recommend taking every step possible to ensure that you choose the right size, we would rather send a few extra e-mails or spend a little longer on the phone to check the details are correct first. Although if the item genuinely does not fit and we have the same item in the appropriate size we will swap it (on condition the item has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way). We will not change it for another item if we do not have more sizes in the one you chose originally or if you change your mind , we are not flexible in this area.

Q: WHY DOES IT COST SO MUCH TO MAIL YOUR PRODUCT ?

A: This commonly asked question is one that creates much criticism of us and we resent it. You know for one of my staff to wrap your car and pack it properly and tie it up with packing so it gets to you in the same condition it leaves the store this takes time. And to address it and then fill out a registration form etc. and then drive to the post office and wait in the long line for 15 mins ( sometimes longer ) these people or myself have to be paid for this service and their time. So all in all PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE are saving you the plane fare and your time off work that you would have to take to come and buy your car off us here in the store ...So PLEASE when we give you the mail order figure and it seems high don't complain because you have done well to even receive this service.

 

Average Mail Order Cost for say a 1:18 Model Car from Gold Coast to:

Sydney , Newcastle , Gosford N.S.W $20

Rockhampton , Townsville QLD $22

Melbourne City and Suburbs VIC $25

Cairns , Adelaide $29

Perth , Broome W.A $45

Auckland , Wellington , Christchurch N.Z $45

For 2 cars add around $10-15 extra per car

Please not that outback cities for example like Broken Hill in N.S.W or Kalgoorlie in W.A will attract more cost as Couriers and Australia Post charge extra to deliver here due to contract mail and delivery zones. If you live in a capital city then no problem it is an advantage but much noisier than the country!

The above is a guide only and depending on the item , destination and speed it is needed prices may vary from place to place. With Insurance RaceNutz has never had any lost items as Australia Post has had a very good record with us in the past 8 years .

Registered Post Options:
Domestic Registration

This option provides a label denoting person-to-person delivery which is attached to the Registered Post article. This must be specifically signed for by the person named in the address. There are some exceptions where the addressee is a minor or where the addressee will have provided for a nominated person to sign on their behalf.

Price: $5.00 per article

Domestic insurance All Registered Post mailings for delivery within Australia include insurance cover to $100. Extra insurance cover of up to $5000 per article can be purchased for $1.10 per $100 or part thereof, up to the $5000 maximum
Registered Post International Registered Post International is an added security service for letters and documents up to 500g to almost any address in the world.
